From Another Viewpoint

A view from my house

Last week I had a visitor from out of old friend I hadn't seen in 28 years!  We used to work together as flight attendants...back when flying was still fun.  Phyllis took some photos and just sent them to me. It's interesting to see what caught her eye.

The road less traveled?  My driveway.

My attempt at a "white village" in Spain.  Too bad you can't see all that is actually blooming here now.
A "little" visitor we had one morning!

What would a trip to California be without a short drive to the coast?

Thanks for the great photos, Phyllis.  It was good to see you!

  1. The photos are beautiful!! I love your long driveway. It must be so pretty to drive up to...Kathy

  2. Wow, great pictures! You must live in Northern California as we don't have coast lines like that down here in the South. Love the plates on the out side of the house!

  3. What beautiful pictures! Your home is truly a Haven. Of course, I'm a bit biased, being a native Californian. What part do you live in? I'm in Fair Oaks, just outside of Sacramento.

  4. eeekkk!! I want those plates!! I love that:)))

    Happy Outdoor Wednesday~~~

  7. What a view.... Oh my gosh how wonderful!

  8. Thank you for sharing some very pretty outdoor scenes. You have nice blog and I am pleased you would visit mine.

  9. Thank your so much for becoming one of my followers. I am thrilled beyond words. I remember how excited I was when I got five, now with 222. Hard for me to believe. Never thought I would have anything that the younger generation would want to see.

  10. Your scenery is gorgeous!!! I love the view from your house and of course the ocean photo is the BEST! I love your white spanish wall, very nice. What kind of bird was that? Did you see the image of a hawk that I had on my blog today? I have never seen one close up before, I was so awe struck to see one in my yard!
Thanks for visiting me, I love it when you come over and leave such a nice comment.
    Hugs, Cindy S

  11. My goodness, we do live in a fantastically beautiful state, don't we. I need to get out there and look at it more often. I really do.
I think a trip to Santa Cruz in soon to happen. I hope so! I really do hope so...
